Hi! I'm Emily, a 200 RYT and Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki master practitioner. I have a strong foundation and experience with health and wellness. I love the outdoors, hiking and I'm an avid runner and have completed several marathons. I started my yoga journey over 20 years ago, after my first daughter was born, but recently wanted to enhance my practice and knowledge by taking yoga instructor training. I now want to share my knowledge with others.

I consider myself a natural teacher. I have master's degrees in special education and School Leadership and Administration. I love children and have found my calling as a school leader at the elementary level.

In addition to my professional journey, I have been married for 22 years to my loving husband. Ben and I have two grown daughters and are caretakers for our nieces and nephews.

Over the past 5 years I have been on a health, wellness and spiritual journey. After losing a close family member to cancer, I realized life is too short to allow obstacles to get in the way of hopes and dreams. In addition, I have found that living a healthy lifestyle, seeking guidance inward and really connecting with the love that is within all of us is the key to overcoming all obstacles.
